The Hmong Health Collaborative is a group of 10 Hmong-serving community organizations working together to improve the health and well-being of Central California’s Hmong community.
Collaborative members are involved in health-policy advocacy, community organizing, cross-cultural exchanges and education programs that create a greater understanding of the Hmong community’s health care needs.
- Recruit Hmong Leaders
- Training on health advocacy, community organizing and civic engagement
- proposing capacity-building activities to ensure the long-term success of LFCS
- Increase language access and cultural competence of health systems
- Help the Hmong Community understand health care issues and policies
