Hmong Health Collaborative Phase III

The Hmong Health Collaborative is a group of 10 Hmong-serving community organizations working together to improve the health and well-being of Central California’s Hmong community.

Collaborative members are involved in health-policy advocacy, community organizing, cross-cultural exchanges and education programs that create a greater understanding of the Hmong community’s health care needs.

  • Recruit Hmong Leaders
  • Training on health advocacy, community organizing and civic engagement
  • proposing capacity-building activities to ensure the long-term success of LFCS
  • Increase language access and cultural competence of health systems
  • Help the Hmong Community understand health care issues and policies

  • Southeast Asian Assistance Center in Sacramento
  • Central California Legal Services in Fresno
  • Health Rights Hotline in Sacramento
