The Child Wellness Program offers direct services to families with children from ages 0-5 that consists nine lessons depending on the child’s age.
Home visits will include the curriculums,per month using:
- Eating Smart,Being Active
- Go,Grow,&Glow
- Happy Healthy Me
Our Health Educators is assigned to a family according to their language needs with visits of once a week,three times per month.
